Paragon is the crisis management platform of the NCCN (National Crisis Centre) and supports organizations in managing, coordinating, and monitoring incidents and crisis situations.

The training consisted of a theoretical session explaining the main functionalities of Paragon, followed by a practical exercise. During this exercise, each participant was assigned a specific role within a developed crisis scenario. Depending on their role, participants received targeted information, enabling them to practise logging events, exchanging information, and identifying locations and relevant elements on maps.

Participants found the training highly beneficial. The combination of theory and practice gave them the opportunity to experience how Paragon functions in a realistic environment and to further enhance their knowledge of crisis communication and collaboration.
